Which products can I source through TesniQ?+

If an item is not listed, include it in your enquiry and we will tell you whether we can source it.
Which countries can you supply to?+
Mention your destination country in the enquiry. We review each requirement individually, including any documentation or product requirements for that country, before confirming what we can supply.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
There is no single minimum across the range. Minimums depend on the product and the manufacturer, and we confirm them in the quotation.
What should I include in my enquiry?+
Product names or types, ratings, quantities, any required standards or brands, and the destination country. A product list, BOQ or drawing helps us quote accurately — you can attach one to the enquiry form.
Can you supply to a specific standard or brand?+
Tell us the standard or brand you need. We confirm what can be supplied against that specification before preparing a quotation.
How are pricing, payment and shipping terms decided?+
They are agreed for each order and stated in the quotation. Shipping terms, payment terms and timelines depend on the products, quantities and destination.
